The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden's annual Zoo Blooms spring floral display is at its peak beauty right now.
There are thousands of tulips in bloom, and the hyacinths, daffodils, flowering trees and shrubs add even more color to the park. Its my favorite time of year," Cincinnati Zoo director Thane Maynard says.
Viewing the vibrant blooms is included with zoo admission, and timed tickets are required for both members and non-members except from 2-4 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, when members get in without a reservation.
For an immersive experience, the zoo offers a Zoo Blooms Walking Tour, which you can access via the Echoes app, an online link or a QR code. Director of horticulture Steve Foltz guides the botanical tour.
