Local Q102 radio host Tim Timmerman and his partner, Cincinnati Childrens Champion program manager Chris Holtman, spend their free time flipping Cincinnati houses.
If you're not familiar with Timmerman from his Renovation Time with Tim videos, you may be familiar with him from morning radio program The Jeff & Jenn Morning Show on Q102, which he co-hosts. Last year, we took a tour of Timmerman's and Holtman's East Walnut Hills home renovation and learned a little more about them.
But their most recent renovation project is located in Oakley, walkable to both Oakley and Hyde Park Square, Rookwood, the Wasson Way Trail and more. This was Timmerman's first home when he moved to the Queen City. He eventually decided to rent the home out, which was the beginning of his path into the real estate world. After several years of renting, they decided to give it some love and put it on the market.
The 4-bedroom/3-bath home is located at 2718 Willard Ave. and is selling for $339,000. The duo teamed up with designer/stager Patti Marshall to rework the space in order to create a wide-open floor plan, updated kitchen and generously-sized first floor laundry room to "give the buyer useful home living in a vibrant, active neighborhood," according to Timmerman. They also created more closets throughout the bedrooms and a master bathroom that is straight out of a magazine.
The home features a fenced-in backyard with a wooden deck and garage.
