A row of historic townhouses in Cincinnati's up-and-coming Walnut Hills neighborhood are receiving modern restorations. Designer and mastermind behind the renovations, Staci Willenbrink, "has been dreaming of this project for decades," she says.
Willenbrink has lived in the neighborhood for 20 years and drew inspiration from its architecture. Willenbrink worked with local craftsmen and suppliers to create "a completely new home, being mindful of details while honoring the masons and carpenters of the past." Take a look inside the first townhouse, which was completed this May.
The home was recently approved for tax abatement.
