Mt. Adams is home to some of Cincinnatis best cultural hot spots: Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park and the Krohn Conservatory (to name a few). If you have always wanted to live in the middle of the action, youre in luck: Adams Edge, Mt. Adams newest luxury apartment complex, is ready for renting.
Adams Edge welcomed its first residents in October. The 63-apartment building, located at 999 Wareham Drive, has one-and two-bedroom apartments in a variety of finishes and amenities.
The residences were designed by Daley Design + Build to more closely resemble a high-end condominium than a traditional apartment. Adams Edge offers a price range from $1,498 per month for a one-bedroom to $3,200 for a two-bedroom unit with city views.
It has great views, youre a block up the hill from restaurants and cafes in Mount Adams and youre not in the hustle and bustle of downtown, John Recob, executive vice president with Towne Properties, told the Business Courier in October.
Adams Edge, developed and owned by the Daley family, is managed by Towne Properties. The complex offers a full gym, covered parking, Tide laundry lockers and an outside deck with lounge furniture, grills and city views.
Additionally, Adams Edge is the first apartment complex in Mt. Adams to be certified LEED Gold, which is only granted after rigorous inspection and ensures that Adams Edge was designed to save water and energy, while reducing carbon emissions.
You can schedule a one-on-one tour with Towne Properties now, with masks provided. Towne is also offering virtual walkthrough tours on the community website AdamsEdgeApts.com.
