The 29th-annual Cincinnati International Wine Festival took over the Duke Energy Convention Center this weekend with more than 700 different wines from over 250 wineries.
Events kicked-off Thursday with paired wine dinners at restaurants across the Tri-State, but the main event took place Friday and Saturday with Grand Tastings, a silent auction and learning opportunities. Admission to the Grand Tastings included a Riedel wine glass and the chance to sample all the food and wines offered.
Proceeds from the festival have raised more than $5.6 million to benefit more than 35 charities, including the Freestore Foodbank, Alzheimers Association, Cincinnati Ballet and Women Helping Women.
