The View at Shires' Garden, located on top of Cincinnati's City Club Apartments, is debuting its new menu this weekend, which features a wide selection of smoked, grilled and wood-fired eats ranging from artichoke hearts and baby back ribs to brisket, salmon and more. The menu utilizes the restaurant's rooftop smoker and new Josper oven, which uses hard oak wood native to Spain and Argentina and can smoke, grill and sear up to 1,200 degrees or cook low and slow at 275 degrees.
The eatery opens its patio on May 15, and will open its dining room on May 21 in compliance with Gov. Mike DeWine's Responsible RestartOhio initiative.
Dinner service will take place from 4-10 p.m. on May 15 and the Shires' Garden will be open later for cocktail service. On May 16, the restaurant will serve brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and lunch from 2-4 p.m. with cocktail service and dinner from 4-11 p.m. On May 17, brunch and lunch will be served during the same hours and dinner will be served from 4-10 p.m.
Reservations are highly encouraged, but are not required.
