These amazing kittens have so much personality wrapped up in their tiny little bodies. They purr when they are held and will lay in their foster mom's lap. Potty and crate training is coming easily to us, but we are still learning. We love to follow around our foster brother (85 pounds) and learn from him. ”Firefly is an 8 pound, scruffy, feisty, funny, smart girl. She has limited vision but she sees well enough to get around and can even climb on the patio table and get a treat out of the bag. She loves other dogs and tries to get them to play. Sometimes she loves them so much she tries to hump them so she'll need tolerant dog siblings. She is not house trained but she does great with a schedule and treats. Firefly has chronic dry eyes so she will need 3 kinds of eye medicines daily long term. She doesn't mind the drops and sit still for them. She is a bossy little girl sometimes and she likes to use her bark to remind the world that she's happy and wants to play. Firefly has been a mama to many litters and now she's looking for a home where she can just be a cherished family member. Both are almost crate trained and potty trained but will need additional work in their forever homes. They are very social and loveable (lots of kisses). She is a very sweet girl that is shy and takes a little bit to warm up to people, but once she does, she's a happy, bouncy dog that loves to be with her people. We believe Lulu was kept outside and wasn't taught indoor manners, but she is very eager to please and is doing well with training. She has taken to crate training like a champ and is housed broken. Milky Way

”Looking for a snuggle cat? Milky Way is your man! He is 3 years old and loves, loves, loves people. He lets ya cuddle him, hug him, kiss him. Loves it all! He also has the loudest purr motor. We joke that it sounds like the A/C turned off when he stops purring-it just fills the room! He does okay with other cats, given very slow introductions. He just likes to play a little rough sometimes. He would do okay with a laid back kitty that respects his space and is similar in size (Milky Way is a larger cat, 13lbs and some long legs!). Similarly, he does okay with dogs, curious about them, but given time, would ignore them. He isn't aggressive, if anything, he likes to chat (meow) at his people asking why there are other animals in the room :-) I would also recommend a family with older kids. He is a bit food obsessed, so we do timed feedings vs free feed. And pardon his patchy haircut, his luscious locks were so matted and filled with burrs that he had to be shaved. Once his hair is fully grown in he is going to be a long-haired gorgeous cat! Whoever swoops up this love bug will be a lucky family.”

”She has been recovering from double ACL repairs but will be ready for adoption very soon! Roo has lived with other dogs and she likes some of the dogs in her foster home but would do best with laid back dogs, or she would do just fine as your one and only! Roo should only have older kids in her forever home due to guarding her food and other random items that she decides are hers. Her foster family is able to manage this easily by putting a leash on her and leading her away from the item. She would be fine with young visitors as long as no food or toys were out. She also must be fed separate from other animals so free-feeding is not an option. Roo is potty trained and probably would do ok in a crate but she doesn't need one and we currently don't crate her. Roo should not have a full flight of stairs to get inside/outside her home. She does fine with the 5 stairs out back at her foster home but stairs should be a minimum.Roo loves meeting new people and has stolen the hearts of everyone who has met her at her over the last couple months.
